1. [Easterling] - "White Snow in Dark Winter Nights"
<img300*0:stuff/easterling_snowychurch.jpg> Proof: <img100*0:stuff/easterling_snowychurchhammer.jpg>
When the snow finally comes the rainy darkness turns into a fairy tale landscape!

2. [Skydancer] - "Yule Snow Lights"

<img300*0:stuff/Yule%20Snow%20Lights.jpg> Proof:<img100*0:stuff/Yule%20Snow%20Lights%20Proof.jpg>
Slick and icy and slushy and oh such fun, the snow dancing in the camera flash.

3. [Nioniel] - "Holiday Lights Through the Bottom of the Bottle"

So I didn't have a hammer, but I did have a mallet (weird, huh?). If you want, I'll put the whole damn toolbox in there, sans the disappearing hammer...

2009-12-01 [Kaimee]: That's great, next time please give a heads up to one of the crew contest moderators about any changes you'd like to see made, and we'll take care of them :)

2009-12-04 [Alexi Ice]: Kaimee, dear, when you say...lights..and I meant to bring this up in the crew forum...can it include lights on a Christmas tree, like the one on my page. Should we make it say 'lights, outside AND inside'?

2009-12-04 [Kaimee]: It's anything that fits "Christmas Lights: What Lets Your Light Shine?", from traditional Christmas lights (indoor or outdoor!), to candle light, the lights of a city in Christmas mode, the light on a child's face as it receives presents... seriously, we're trying to stick to as broad a theme as possible, so get creative!
If you have any questions on a particular piece feel free to ask :)
And yes, the lights on your page certainly fit!

2009-12-04 [Alexi Ice]: Alright cool. Just checking, the pics on my page suck, but I have plenty of ideas...

2009-12-16 [Rice]: What is the proof item this year?
I cant seem to find it.

2009-12-16 [Alexi Ice]: I was going to ask the same question..Lol.

2009-12-16 [Kaimee]: It's on the main rules page Christmas Photography Competition "The proof photo must be a picture of the same scenery/environment, but it has to somehow include a hammer." :)

2009-12-16 [moira hawthorne]: that was last year tho...

2009-12-16 [Teufelsweib]: hmm... well, if no one has a problem with it why shouldn't it be the same proof item for this year? :) I'm sure we'll notice if someone tries using the same photo ;)

2009-12-18 [Alexi Ice]: Ok, Hammer...I'm sure I can find one of those here somewhere...

2009-12-18 [Teufelsweib]: if you can get MC Hammer in the pic as proof it'll also do.

2009-12-18 [Alexi Ice]: HAHAHA. Well, where would I find him, this time of year?

2009-12-18 [Easterling]: Nice, Skydancer. :) The snow looks like pixies, or small angels!
